This is Citibank's new Paypal competitor. They don't appear to charge a % of fees collected, but they *do* charge $2.00 per amount sent (not received) and the minimum that can be sent is 5.00. The 2.00 per transaction fee is waived for the first three months of membership. That was all I could find out about fees on the site. The site isn't very good IMO (uses flash with no opt-out button, no place to send an email to the management with questions, etc.) I think it's interesting that they are charging the sender rather than the recipient....don't think that's going to catch on with buyers, but then again, the big name of Citibank may give some a sense of security (a false sense, IMO...I had credit cards and student loans through Citibank and had problem after problem after problem.)
