Do you include description that specifically deals with payment lost in the mail?

I suppose I'll catch hell from the legal eagles, but my policy is simple. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that payment arrives to seller. It is the seller's responsibility to ensure that the item arrives to the bidder. I don't CARE if the dog ate your payment!

You used the words "deadbeat" and "always" so I guess this is a recurring and familiar problem.

Here's mine. I have had countless packages lost in the mail. Of these countless packages, approximately two of them ever found their way back to me as "undeliverable." I am at a loss to explain this, because while I may have incorrectly addressed the package, the return address was correct.

Possible explanations:

1) The Bermuda Triangle starts at my post office drop box.
2) Postal employees are finding inventive ways to fund the new USPS-auctions.com web site.
3) I only think I live here. My actual address is across town.
