Did you recieve an email from x.com about their fee addition of $12.00 a month?
I received the one about closing shop (on 11/11), but I did not get any other, and this fee is from 11/6 on. I am really good about putting these email into a seperate folder, and I know I did not get one! Neither did my sister, who dealt with a very rude "customer service" rep who says that one went out.
I posted this in the Partner Services area ("Slimy", but I wanted to ask a larger group of people. Please let me know here, so I can find out if I am going nuts or if they are as slimy as I think they are! ($12.00 fee less than a month before closing? Is this a deliberate way to get money or what!)
