I have a Paypal account now and it's cheaper than Billpoint - are there any advantages to Billpoint over Paypal?
Does anyone know the qualifications to be a "Merchant Account" on Billpoint?

I have found customer service at Billpoint to be excellent. Really fast reply time. The have answered all my questions in less than 24hrs.

Try asking for the merchant account rate. Billpoint might grant it.
I e-mailed Billpoint & told them I was looking for another service to take over the business I had been giving to PayPal and I had the lower rate within a week.
