I noticed that if a user is NARU'd after they win your auction, the auction is removed from your leave feedback list. You can't leave feedback for this person, I tried doing it seperately.
Their contact information then becomes unavailable.
Any way to get around this???? It doesn't seem fair that someone can stiff 50 people and only get three negs before they are naru'd.

I just ran into the same problem...Person won my auction and told me check was in the mail...when I didn't receive it, I checked their feedback....2 negatives and 2 positives and NARU'd. Then out of curiousity, I went into their bid history. This person bid on 48 auctions in 2 weeks for the grand total of over $4000.00 worth of items. I don't get it...Why???? Is this a sick pastime with people??? I guess I should be glad it was only $152.00 item that they won of mine...some of the poor sellers were stuck with bids of over $300.00. I sure could have left some feedback!!! GRRRRRR

I have to agree that this is one of the weaker points of how Ebay handles feedback. IMO, feedback should be allowed on all completed transactions, regardless of whether the recipient is NARU. (I'm not saying that NARU users should be allowed to leave feedback!) Another especially unfair aspect of the whole situation is that a user who is temporarily NARU can return and leave feedback transactions that were not completed due to his suspension, e.g. auctions where a seller left a neg for non-payment or a buyer left a neg for non-performance.

If they are on temporary NARU.. you will be able to leave feedback upon their reinstatement.
If permanent...its a dead dog.

eBay's philosophy is that if one party to a transaction can leave feedback, then the other party must also be able to leave feedback.
Therefore, the only way they would allow someone to be able to leave feedback on a NARU'd user would be to allow the NARU'd user to leave feedback - which isn't possible.
As to the contact information, you can't pull it if the person is NARU'd - but you can write to eBay directly and see if they will give it to you.
