If I file NPB and get ar efund from Ebay on a customer, they get one of three strikes on their account before they are NARU'd for thirty days. How long does that strike remain on their record?
I.E. Someone doesn't pay for three items over a period of a year, do they still get NARU'd?

Someone on the closed feedback thread said something about a feedback list, where is this at on Ebay? That would be really convenient to see a list of auctions that you're involved in and if you've left feedback or not.

Go to eBay's Feedback Forum, and click on the link that says "See all pending comments at once." This will bring up a list of all the closed auctions you are involved in that you have not yet left feedback for. This is MUCH EASIER than going to each auction individually!
