I have a person who came in second on the bidding........they want to pay threw billpoint???? can they

Yep! Go to My eBay, under Account, and in the BillPoint section, click on Summary and log in to your BillPoint account. You'll see a link to send a "General" invoice to anyone, not just a winning bidder.

(It took me forever to find the link the other day, so I made sure to remember where it was!)

mine does not have a link to go anywere..........help...the invoice name is there but when you pu the mouse over it there's nothing

It's in the blue menu box on the left side of the screen. It says "Send Invoices" and then under that you pick "General" or "High Bidder".
