Im trying to launch my first auction, and new to this. When I check my pending auction, I get an 'error' message under status, and the detail explains that I have an invalid ID or password (doesnt say which). I have changed both several times, and tried to relaunch several times. I get a window sayng its successful, but half hour later, the status goes back to error.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Are you launching to EBAY? Are you already registered at Ebay? If not, you need to register there, first. If you are, be sure your username and password are saved here at auctionwatch. Auctionwatch cannot launch without that.

Thanks for the reply. I am registered at Ebay. Do the registrations have to match perfectly to make this work?

nope both Ids dont have to match you have to click the my account tab above and add you ebay ID and password to you auction watch choose of sites you want to be able to launch auctions to if you keep getting error messages over bad ID or users name go to ebay click the forgot password link have them send you your ID and password .
you can also click the universal registration tab to do this I believe .

Thanks again. I went back over both Ebay and AW and resubmitted, and it seems to have worked.
