There is a single bidder who is wreaking havoc on my items and similar items. He/she is bidding on every single one of them and winning them. I seriously doubt that the person has any intention of paying for all of them and he/she continues to bid. I know he/she has seen my email and is active because I sent her my winner's email yesterday, but no response and she continues bidding today. She even bidded on one of my items ending and was the high bidder AGAIN (same exact item she won from me yesterday). I cancelled her bid and found out her max bid was waaaay to high for my item.
I don't know what to do, any suggestions? Safeharbor is as helpful as Paypal's *ahem* fraud protection.
Search ebay for "intellimouse optical" and look at the finished items for a last few days. I'd post the person's id but....

E-mail the bidder, and a CC a copy to ebay.
Tell the bidder that they are to under no cicumstances, bid on any of your auctions again.
If they do, ebay will NARU them.

I have lived through this same nightmare! My "harasser" was a deadbeat bidder I left a neg. for. Just curious...is your bidder AOL?

tc61380,
What is the panic? Your bidder has only bid on 5 auctions in the last 30 days. The only one that he/she is high bidder is your auction that will end in 9 minutes. He/she hasn't won any other auctions, and has only bid on one other auction that is the same item as yours.

Yes an AOLie
Noshill, I don't know if you're looking at the same bidder. THis person has bid on 10 auctions in the past 3days, all the same item and putting in a ridiculously high price. This is what is pissing me off greatly...after all my trouble with fraud CC, i can't get a legitimate sale to legimiate bidders.

Well it sounds like the bidder wants to make sure they get this item. I don't know what their real intention is. Cancel any bid you don't trust if you think they are up to no good;then email safeharbor and bidder accordingly to tell them to stay away.

tc, is your AW ID the same as your eBay ID? I did find a seller with your ID but the only multiple winners on that ID's auctions have only won 2 items apiece. I did find one of the bidders who has won 9 Intellimouses (Intellimice?) and I can't quite figure out why they would need that many LOL. Also, the end prices on those auctions don't seem that far out of line. Maybe I'm blind, but I don't see anything here!

It appears you have provided enough information to identify the bidder under discussion. As the requirements outlined in the CGs have not been met, I am locking this thread.
If and when the CGs have been followed, this thread will be re-opened after the standard 24 hour waiting period.

Hi tc61380
Thanks for following the CGs and inviting your bidder. Because the mandatory waiting period has passed since your invitation, you can actually name the bidder now, if you choose to.

Looks like the bidder used her id plus the numbers 3-9, at least... all are NARU except 8, eBay missed that one

Can you turn this bidder into thier own internet server on some sort of harrassment charge?....... I did with a NPB who retaliated with obscene response to filing a report on him with e-bay?
