I got this email from a winner that received the product just before Thanksgiving and said they had gotten it for a gift for their daughter for Christmas, and decided to show it to her beforehand to get her approval on it. She doesn't like it, and NOW he would like his money back. We are talking about $80.00 here! They agree it was described accuratly, pictures clear, etc. but since the daughter doesn't like it, am I supposed to let them return it? sheesh I am not the local WalMart!

Sounds to me like Buyer's remorse(showing her their Xmas gift a month before Xmas???). I would tell them that you will take it back ,But refund NO postage and also charge them for eBay fees, and of course item must be in the condition you sent it.

Geesh, this is one of the few cases where I would refuse a return. Sorry, but I have better things to do than waste a bunch of time & $$$ screwing around with people like that.

It's an Auction fer Crissake, not K-Mart! Why else did they pay only $80 for a $200 item?
Honestly, in the case as you describe it, I tell them that it is an auction and that it is clearly their property now and they can give it away or sell it on eBay if they want to - whatever. Spoiled children that reject gifts . . . what a load! I accept all gifts and if I don't like them, I certainly don't turn it down -- there are too many poor people who can't even give a gift if they wanted to. Sorryee -- no sympathy from me!
