I had a auction to close on the 17, I sent info to bidder that same day, I have recieved 5 emails from this bidder saying they cannot email me, the last one came in just alittle while ago, They said if I did not respond to there email by friday they would report me to ebay, I have tried to email them with on regular email, email this to a friend and also through my AW email, Has anyone else been haveing trouble with there email being recieved by usa.net users?
I sell on ebay and yahoo and have not had any problems sending my info to any of my other winning bidders. Also who do I contact at ebay about this problem?

I had a similar problem where my emails bounced, I could not notify customers. My ISP was Prodigy and his mail server would not allow ANY email from Prodigy addresses because of spamming.
Go to yahoo and open an email account. You will be able to notify customer easily.

I will try my yahoo email, and I have saved all the emails I sent them. I do not know if that will help me with ebay or not

Last week, a seller sent me his EOA...Got an "ACCESS DENIED", whatever that means...resent it... it arrived...Go figure!..... I am with MZ: call your bidder.

Have you tried both replying to their email and clicking on the email provided by ebay? I had a buyer last week that I emailed three different times from the address ebay provided and all 3 bounced. He wrote me the next dy and I replied to his email and it got through. couldn't see any difference in the addresses but it is worth a try. Calling them is probaby best though.

I have emailed the postmaster at there email address, I did get a reply from them but not the person I have been trying to email. I sent them a email from yahoo also still no reply, As far as there rating goes it is a 3
Here is part of there email to me what do you think?
To Whom it May Concern,
This auction closed almost two weeks ago, and despite numerous
e-mails to you requesting a mailing address so that I can send a money
order, I have yet to receive a response of any sort.
If I do not receive some sort of response from you by Friday,
November 31, I will be sending eBay some very negative feedback, with a
detailed account of your non-responsive behavior. If you value your
standing in the eBay community at all, I suggest you reply to this
e-mail.
Sorry about so many edits, this has just got me so upset!! I do not want to get into trouble becouse of this bidder.

I Just had the same trouble with a buyer who won an auction on nov 11 sent out 5 Eoa notices no reply I even sent two from mail this auction to a friend address.
Finilly I just filed NPB on them about two hours later I got a email from them telling me they never even received any email from me on this auction at all.
they stated they would forword payment funny thing they claimed then never got email from me on this auction yet today I have a paypal payment from them with shipping info and all with the right winning amount and shipping amount.
if these people never received email from me on this auction I need to know how they got my email address for my paypal account and how they knew the total to pay me
