Most of my questions can be answered on BillPoint's website, but I really don't like not having a phone number available to call. I searched this site (and elsewhere)and the only 1-800 number I found was not valid "from my calling area". Nothing with 1-800 directory either. I guess I've never even really called ebay much except in the beginning way back in mid 1997.....

I have a Canadian buyer, who is very new to the game..won 3 auctions despite my NO INTL BIDS notice, but hey...I'll give this a try. I have shipped International before, including Canada, with good success but have avoided it. This episode may be why. Their ebay contact information lists name, address and phone number. They, apparently changed their e-mail address between registering on 11/26/00, which is also the same day they won, and today. They have requested BillPoint invoices. I did so as a "general" invoice versus "high bidder" invoice because of the e-mail address change. BillPoint allows you to have a remarks section but when you review it before submitting the invoice, it does not provide the remark section for review(so you can't review what you want to convey to them). I checked and attempted to do it as a "high bidder" invoice, and the function works in that instance.

So........how do you let BillPoint know. Oh, I can e-mail them but the function doesn't work know and I have 3 payments I'd like to see processed. Does a BillPoint rep ever check in? I invoiced the buyer anyways but BillPoint isn't making it easy for me.
By the way, I just signed on with BillPoint in late October since cancelling my PayPal account. 1/2 my winning bids have paid by BillPoint way above my normal 1/4 by PayPal when I was with them. I sell only between Nov and mid-April.
