Just had a bid retraction on an item I have up and the bidder has 13 Retractions vs. 9 feedbacks(1 neg) in the last 6 months WOOOOW!!!! Had to smile, they weren't going to win the Auction anyway with their current bid (always get snipes for these items) but they must have got nervous with a half day to go.

I hope you'll pass the info on to SafeHarbor; excessive bid retractions is grounds for suspension (at at least a stern e-mail warning).

Bid retractions are common. I do not like it whent the bid retraction is the day of the auction though. Frustrating. Also, I resent ebay being able to do an "adminstrative cancellation" without reimubursing sellers at least the listing fee.

Would you rather they just left a NARU as the high bidder?
I think from their point of view they're doing you a favor.

I had a bidder back out with an hour left recently. A newbie with no FB, an ebay member for 3 days with 3 bid retractions already.
Good ol' Safe harbout stated emphatically that bidder did nothing wrong. My second letter to SH went unanswered.
