I signed up for Exchangepath and noticed that they didn't require that you be located only in the US to use their services. Does anybody here have any experience with them? I saw that they say they are free too...
Please provide your opinions and experience with this service. How exactly does it work?

You can visit this web page which rates payment services. [url]http://www.ygoodman.com/payments.html[/.url]. Exchangepath is the WORST service when it comes to preventing credit card fraud. Their attitude is they will wait until their is fraud and then freeze the seller's account and take it back from the seller. They will do this even if the seller is the one who contacts them to say he has just received a suspicious payment.

Wow! That's good information to know!
Somebody else emailed me to tell me about something that I had not noticed in their TOS. That is that you can not send or received payment from an IP outside of the US, nor use a credit card issued outside of the US.
So I guess that means that a Canadian like me is out of luck.
