The issue with the Billpoint CSV has been resolved on their end. The issue was the the the last field "Message" contained the entire message that was sent to the buyer. Unfortunately, any carriage returns in the message was placed in the CSV file as is. This made Microsoft Access and Excel think that the carriage return was a new record, thus making for an inconsistent data import.
BillPoint truncated the Message Field on their end so this does not occur anymore.
