I don't know if this has been posted here on the EO yed, but it's something I just found out about.

If you have been having problems lately relisting and most of the times getting that "page cannot be displayed" crap, it is probably the PayPal logo HTML getting in the way. I removed it, and could relist smoothly. You can insert it later.

Talk about eBay's personal vendetta against PayPal.

One more of the reasons I dont accept Billpoint.

Thank you very much for that peice of information--I hope it's accurate. I've been very frustrated with that glitch myself, and found out another way to solve it: refresh the page MANY times. Hey, it eventually works, and in about the same amount of time as it would take you to copy and paste HTML(maybe). Just one question, though. What other evidence is there of a vendetta against PayPal? Last I heard, PayPal had a promotion going, presumably through eBay as well as the other auction houses, in which a lucky PayPal payor or payee would get free listings for life, or a month.
