I sold a brand new telephone on eBay. However, the buyer told me that it was out of work. I bought the phone from an online store and on the receipt it shows my name. And the phone is no longer under the online store's 30-day return warranty, all the warranty now is from the manufacturer. In the auction I stated that "warranty is from manufacturer, all sales are final". I know that to claim the warranty from the manufacturer, the buyer should have a receipt. However I do not have my own company and cannot issue him a receipt of such. And actually I sold the phone at a price much higher than I paid for it. if I send the receipt from the online store, would the buyer be concerned? What could I do?

In this case, offer a full refund since it does not work, get it back and you take it from there working with whomever YOU bought it from. Obviously the person that bought it, bought it because they thought it worked, unless this person just wants dead phones because they have a fetish or something...
