Why is this bidder not NARU'd?
Also, I'm one of the lucky sellers who might actually get a payment from this person...
He's paying through BidPay. However, the address he gave to BidPay is in one state, while the shipping address he gave to me is in another. With a different name too.

According to the email I received when I was paid through Bidpay. If the address the user provides to you is different than the one that they give you, not to ship and notify them immediately.
