Has anyone else seen this? The site's info date is November 30, 2000. Was it updated or implemented on this date?

I have sold many items to employees and they always email you to tell you they are bidding on an item. This has been a policy for many years. I believe they just added that they must place all bids on an item at least an hour before it closes (no sniping).

That's been the eBay employee policy for at least 2 years now. If they did make a change to it, it was something very very minor.
However, I don't think that "date" that you see when doing a Help search for topics is accurate or is a real reflection of when the page was updated. I remember doing a Help search one time and every single item that came up had a date of July 15.
I have a webtv and on my keyboard I have "options" at this location I have "info." By clicking on "info" sometimes I can get the date either of the first development or the updated date.
