Did you order an X and get a Y? Surely you didn't just suddenly get a Y in the mail?

The title got chopped off and with it, part of your complaint. PLease EXPLAIN what went wrong in the body of your text.

1. Have you EVER buoght or sold on half.com?

2. Did you order something at that time and get a different item, or did this order just appear out of the blue

3. Did you get any order confirmation from half.com for this stuff?

4. Have you written to [email protected] to tell them you have a problem?

5. Have you called your credit card company to do a chargeback for the unordered merchandise? (fastest way to get half.com's attention)
