THEY CAN CHARGE MY CARD BUT CANT ISSUE
REFUND?? I CALLED CR CARD CO AND THEY
SAID THIS MAKES NO SENSE. I WAS CHARGED
FOR A TRANSACTION CANCELLED BY BUYER AND
CANT GET A REFUND. THIS HAS HAPPENED
MORE THAN ONE TIME. ITEMS ARE IN DISPUTE
BUT THIS IS A HASSLE.
"We attempted to reimburse your credit card for Transaction Number but unfortunately the credit attempt failed. Please update the credit card information in your account and we will try again in 2 days to issue the credit. If we are still unable to issue the credit at that time, we will contact you for additional information.

Looks like they did attempt to credit your account. Follow the instructions. Take a look at the Credit Card Info they have on you. If the info is incorrect, update it.

Tolz - the info is correct.
No problems charging my card
but cant get a refund for
items that sellers backed out
on.
