Probably not. Why do you need something other than the OTC, non-volatile stuff (Gonzo, Spoto)?

Its sale is limited to those establishments that have the right equipment to handle the fumes ... this is not a chemical you want to be messing with at home because it is explosive AND the fumes can damge your liver.
