I had a bidder win a lot on 12/1. The lot was featured in category and ending price was over $250. This bidder already told me he does not want the item and will not pay.

I have contacted the second high bidder and I'm sure he will be buying this lot for only a few dollars less.

Am I entitled to file a FVF credit for this auction? For ALL fees? I know I have to wait seven days before I can do anything.

If you sell it for a lot less to the second high bidder you can get a partial credit.

I only stand to lose about $4.00.

My ebay fees would be about $22.00. Since the high bidder backed out am I entitled to FVF? If so, do I get ALL fees back?

Your refund will be the difference between the FVF for the original amount and the FVF for your actual selling price to the 2nd highest bidder.

You only get the commission back. You never get listing fees back when you have a NPB.

No listing fees. And you do have to wait for the 7th day before filing NPB report, then another 10 days to to file for FVF credit.

Used to be much easier...once upon a time...

What Shosh said.

The only fee eBay will credit you for is the final value fee.

However, if eBay should end an auction then they refund all fees you have paid for that auctiuon.
