Does anyone one know if I can open an eBay account using a debit card?
I don't have a credit card, but I have a debit card which have the mastercard logo on it, I would like to know if eBay would accept me that, or still will ask me for a credit card.

I have used my MasterCard debit card to make purchases with. I don't think there would be a problem, as long as the MasterCard logo is on the card. I've seen some mention of other numbers on debit cards, but mine doesn't have any extra numbers, just the series of 16 numbers like any credit card.

Thanks Meya but would still want to know if I can sell, and in order to sell, eBay ask to register a credit card, but is a debit card Ok?

A visa or mastercard debit card is fine. That's what I am registered with. It works just like a credit card in most cases anyway.

cybersolutions999....I have NO credit cards EXCEPT my debit/credit card...It's the card I use everywhere, including registration to sell on eBay....

I don't recommend the use of a debit card on line for security reasons. It's one thing if a hacker racks up a tab on a protected credit card, it's quite another if they clean out your bank account.
