Hi everyone--

As you may be aware, you may experience some slowness on our site this evening which would include launching auctions, attaching images, and synching Auction Manager Pro. Our Engineering team is currently looking at different ways to resolve these problems and we will be sure to update this thread once we have a fix in place.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing you.

Whats the point in the free listing day if you cannot handle the work load.

I never signed up for it for this very reason as I find they are a waste of time and effort and only lead to frustration and
disapointment.

I can't even prepare auctions for a later lauch time, it went veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery slow earlier and now it is totaly dead ( blank screen in the Auction Manager). I don't even want to think about what would have happened if I tried to participate in the free day. It is just way to much hassle!I am certainly not signing up with another creditcard company to save a few bucks on listing fees!

No problem, I always list AFTER the free day, so I get the 3 billion ads BELOW me, instead of ABOVE me

Hi everyone--

Just to close this one out, we added additional capacity in a very short period of time which has improved site performance in terms launch times, site performance, and Auction Manager synch activity. You should see almost immediate improvement in these areas.

Thanks for hanging in there with us. We appreciate your business.

I'm on the East Coast and I found that things slowed down only around 8-9PM. I got over 100 auctions listed, not counting the ones I had to go in and cancel because I had duplicates. I never did figure out how to fix that problem, and I have no plans to use AMPro again for batching and saving for future loading. GoTo's program is MUCH easier for me to understand in that way. I do like AmPro's easy way to import photos, though.

It is one thing to 'delay tonight' but if AW 'delays Christmas' it will be in big trouble.
