I posted a listing directly at ebay w/IE5 and got the infamous reset error. So I listed the item again using Netscape and it posted fine. When I checked my ebay, it had listed the 1st attempt! I cancelled the duplicate auction, do I still have to pay the listing fee for the cancelled auction?

Considering the on-going, not addressed problem with IE5 and lists & re-lists, I think Ebay should not be charging me a fee

Email ebay and explain what happened. Everytime I screw up and list items twice and cancel one they always refund me the cancelled auction whether it was my fault or theirs.

I will give credit to ebay for promptly taking care of situations like these, but their overall performance is starting to get me a bit pissed off.
