Hey,
I won an item on ebay on Dec the 3rd, I recived a promt e mail from the seller informing me of the final price and pay pall e mail adress. I sent my $$ via pay pall to him and got an conformation from pay pall that it was sent. After a few days I had not heard from him I sen't him an e mail asking if he had recived my payment and sent my item. I got no response. I sen't another e mail Friday and got no response.
Is there such thing as a NSS aleart ( Non shipping seller)? What should I do at this point. How long should I wait to see if the item arives before proceding?
Thanks
Zapped101
PS: SORRY about the Subject I meant to san NON shpping SELLER!

zapped - go to the completed auction page and send him an email where it says "Send this Auction to a Friend" (or something like that). Delete the message eBay puts in, and add your own.
I've had some success in reaching bidders this way when for whatever reason my emails were not getting to them, so maybe it will work with your seller. It would be worth a try, I think.
You could also try emailing someone else who has recently won one of his auctions, and see if they have had the same problem. If you do that, I'd word the email very tactfully and not accuse the seller of any wrongdoing.

zapped101 ~ some sellers just don't respond to those sorts of emails.. Never been sure why, but they don't.
It's only been 1 week since you've paid. With the christmas season upon us, I would expect longer shipping times than normal. So if a package takes 2-3 days via Priority Mail, expect 4-7. If a package takes 5-10 days at First Class, expect 12-15 days.
You can try sending mail from the auction page, as suggested, but , but I would wait until the date goes beyond the 17th (2 weeks from payment sent through PayPal), then I would pull the seller's contact information and just give him a call and see what's up.
