What do you know, after two years and 350+ feedback, a moron gives me a neutral for a nonworking unit, without even asking for a refund or exchange. So, how do I respond to his feeback?

Go to your ebay feed back page each feed back has a respond link click that link good luck.
Many times though its best not to respond to feed back make your conment by email to stop any chance of getting in to a battle in feed back with the buyer. http://www.Dman-N-Company.com
