about a week ago I put an item up for auction with the buy it now feature, since then, I have been unable to get the option to work. I launch my auction out of auctionwatch, then access it out of ebay to "revise" it and I keep getting that error page that advises "click tools...detect network settings..." i've been trying for days and having no success-i'm pretty hopeless with computer stuff-how can I get this function to work for me? thanks...

Does ebay or auctionwatch have technical support? If they do I would email them. I have had no problems using the service and I launch out of auctionwatch. In fact you can do quite a few auctions and then go into ebay and change them. This seems like quite a few people are using this function and I am sure if you need items for Christmas this is the way to go. Sorry I couldn't have been more helpful. Good Luck
