I recieved two emails from a customer this morning. The second one had a blank header and no text but included an attachment called (I think).

INTERNET_SECURITY_DOCUMENT.pif

I immediately deleted it without opening, anybody have any idea what it was?

Sounds like the MTX virus -- you did the right thing deleting the messages. I only know that because of a recent thread in the AW Round Table:

Scroll about two thirds of the way down in that thread to find a list of attachment names this virus creates. Yours is very similar.

A PIF can be executed, and depending on how you have your system settings, maty be disguising an executable.

DELETE is the safest way, and notofy the person who sent it that they seem to have a virus.
