I had a couple of people pay me but when I try to accept, I get an error message stating that I am not the intended recipient. The customers are using the correct email address so I can't figure out what is going on. I looked all over but I can't find a phone number to call or even a email address for support. Does anyone know.

Sounds like a bug to me, this is routine all over Yahoo. Will probably resolve within an hour or two, I just had a payment go through fine. I also just won $100 bucks from Paydirect - I DO YAHOOOO! It was deposited in my acct and I retrieved it, no problem.
Anyhow, I have had to call them a couple times are someone answered within a couple minutes both times.
