These people are beyond incompetent and unprofessional. I have been trying since Friday night to reactivate my account. I have sent mutiple emails to every address I can find - nothing but an autoresponse. I have made numerous phone calls to every number I can find. Have left several messages and actually talked to a human being once - she promised that someone would get back to me. Have not heard a word in 5 days. These people have almost $100 of my money and are continuing to accept money from bidders that is meant for me (into my supposedly "suspended" account). I also listed over 100 auctions on Free Listing Day. I'm not holding my breath on getting that money back, but I would like to get my money out of there. I am removing their link from all of my auctions and would advise anyone else to do the same.

What is this? The ExchangePath customer support board? If you want to get you account reinstated, you have to post here? Great plan.
