I not sure how to do this , but i know it can be done. When you have given negative , and you want to write a follow up under the comment they have left themselfs on there feedback. How do you do that!!! I can not seems to find the spot to leave follow up comment!!!!!
Enter your user name and password. You can respond to any of the feedback comments left to you by clicking on the envelope.
If you left a negative on his, and he responded to it, you should be able to respond just by looking at the link "review all feedback you have left for others" under feedback at the site map, click on the envelope, and follow up.

Go to your "My ebay". After you log in click on feedback, then click on feedback you have left for others. When you come to the feedback that someone responded to, there will be a arrow out to the right side, click on it and it will bring up the page where you can reply to their reply.
I believe that after you leave a feedback, and the recipient responds, next to the response is an envelope icon. If you click on the, it should take you to FOLLOW UP...
Only did it once or twice...Good luck
