Central time in Nebraska. Peoples court has someone suing because they feel they were scammed. GREAT for business!

Who is the judge on Peoples Court ? I didn't know it was still on. I'd like to see this.

The judge is Judge Judy's husband (can't spell their last name)..I like his style.

By the way...the plaintiff LOST. Someone on ebay sold a web tv system used and in working condition...plaintiff was fuzzy about what was wrong with it...he wanted a full refund.

Seller said it wasn't guaranteed..specifically stated it was used and in working order.

Seller thinks guy was trying to get something for free.

This was a rerun. I thought it was ironic that the plaintiff, who lost, was gracious to the extreme, smiled, agreed with the judge, shook hands repeatedly with the defendant, etc. Ironic in that the plaintiff had already complained to the FCC, police, eBay, contacted the defendants bidders and clients, done everything possible to sabotage the seller's auctions, etc. Typical bidder from hell.
