Help! I just signed up with paypal 3 weeks ago and until tonight, did not have any concerns until I signed in on my account to pay a $2.70 bill and noticed that my account has been "restricted". I wanted to find out why so I clicked on the link and asked and got an email telling me to contact the "appeals" department. I have no idea of why they would have done this- i.e. room on the card, no unhappy bidders, etc. Has anyone else got this and why? I am still awaiting a reply from the "appeals" group. thanks

I've just seen a lot of posts from people upset about a sudden restriction from PayPal. I've also seen couple of other posts from people who got through to customer support and were told that there is a system problem at PayPal which was causing the problem.
