I have emailed this winning bidder 4 times and they have all bounced back as undeliverable. I pulled his contact info and it has the same aol email address.
He's fairly new but has a good feedback rating of 20 positives, no bad marks. He sniped the auction with a bid in the last few seconds, so his computer was on (I emailed him just a few minutes after the auction ended).
Yes, I could spend the money for a long distance phone call, but why should I? This bidder also has an obligation to contact me.

Did you try the "Mail this auction to a friend" option from the auction itself? Could be his AOL filters are the problem.

Could be that his emailbox is full & that's why your messages bounce (I believe that AOL doesn't inform the user when this happens...)....
I am an AOLer, if it would help ya, I could forward your message (I've done it before for someone here at AW) along with a note explaining why I'm involved (messages from you undeliverable) & instruct them to contact you....JLMK, you can email me at [email protected]

I suppose you could do nothing more at this point, and end up pissing off a possible repeat customer, and getting a neg from them.
Your call. [no pun intended]
