"PowerSellers maintain a certain amount of business on eBay, provide a satisfaction guarantee policy to their customers, and uphold the core community values of eBay".

The above is a message I copied from the ebay site map on Powersellers.

The part I am wondering about is "provide a satisfaction guarantee policy to their customers". What exactly does that mean?

I question it because there is a Powerseller on ebay who sells all their items with no returns, no refunds, and no responsibility for damage in mail. They mainly sell glass and china.

"PowerSeller" is just an empty bone that ebay throws to sellers who throw them a lot of fees. The bogus guarantee went out the window, when the almight powersellers decided they would have no part of it.

Hi Pocono, Okay, now I see it is just written there and not in the actual agreement. Not that anyone would be checking if a Powerseller wasn't worthy to the community, I guess.
