denephew	posted on December 19, 2000 07:28:23 PM Help!! When do the new postal rates go into effect? If it is Jan 1st are your listings for free listing day reflecting the increase? Any input appreciated. Thanks!!
vargas	posted on December 19, 2000 07:33:27 PM The new postal rates are effective January 7. I haven't finalized how/when I'm going to put the higher rates in my ads. Maybe I'll offer the lower rates through the end of January as an incentive!

Fees going up Jan 2nd, so it would seem that, to be fair, I will charge the old fees for anything closing prior to increase day but which will be shipped after that date. Might be wise to warn potential bidders by adding a blurb about increased cost in NEW listings, which will end after Jan 2nd. ******************** Only an opinion...
