A thread can be locked by the AW Moderators for a number of reasons - it violates the Community Guidelines in some manner, it's in the wrong forum, the originator requests it etc etc etc (it's a kinda endless list ) Locked simply means it's still available for reading but no further comments can be posted to it.
how is it done?

WHOOOOOAA!!!!! A MODERATOR just answered my question!!! I feel like i just got into the principal's office by mistake!! But she was nice and I didn't get punished and it wasn't ME doing something wrong for a change. Ok now I get it, thank you. But one more question, Michelle - do only Moderators get to wear the Santa hat? [xmas] Let's see.
