I have a guy just as vulger as they come, threatening to knock my head off because he didn't get his refund yet.
I have bit my tongue and avoided snapping back at him, just left a comment to his neg feedback, which he emailed me to point out my misrepresentation of his country ( i stated contentient, vs. country)
At that point I responded to his email with simply a 'whatever buddy'
this guy is just crazed, and I doubt eBay will care... but will his isp (aol) ??
i have blocked his emails.
cannot believe people are like this.
never had to deal with such bs from one person at a time.

yes AOL will care. you can email AOL at tosemail"XX"@aol.com -- where "XX" is any digit greater than 1 and less than 10 -- and this should get their attention. ensure that you forward his email and a very specific representation of your side of the story. also explain that you're blocking his emails in your response. don't edit the buyer's email, they need to see what was written.
you'll get a canned reponse first and then another less canned response within 48 hours. if that sounds too canned or not to your satisfaction, then reply back to the second email state, unemotionally, your side of the story again.
