Hi Katiyana!

I read you deal lots in Pokemon stuff

I have a promotional kit for Pokemon the movie including the unopened card set. Did you ever see them go up? Do you have any idea what it might be worth?

They include the cards, poster, and other promotional paper sheets.

Hmm.. that's a tough one. I know the Pojo has the Movie promos at anywhere to $3-$5, and I'd guess sealed would bring a little more than opened. Having the Promotional materials all there would be worth something nice, I would think. How many of the sealed cards do you have? take $5 per card there alone and you would have something. Checking Ebay for posters and cards, they are starting bids at $1.99 or so, but they normally start low in hopes of going higher. I don't think I've ever seen a complete set go up before, so I couldn't hazard a guess to what its worth... but it sounds like a neat thing to have!

Geez, I didn'y open the box so I really have to check to see how many are in there.

I figure they must be worth something nice 'cause the guy up the street that sells Pokemon wants them pretty bad.

If the box is still sealed tight, I'd leave it that way if possible. Perhaps it says somewhere on the outside of the box how many cards are in the box? If you have a sealed box of sealed cards, I'd leave them alone - they'd be worth something in my opinion. Sealed cards are worth more than opened cards, so it stands to reason sealed boxes filled with sealed cards are worth more... 8)

I will dig them out and check to see how many are in the box. I definately do not plan on opening the box - should I, in your opinion, offer it as a complete set? Meaning, poster, box of cards, info sheets and all?

Thanks for your input - it has been really helpful!

I'd probably leave them together as a set, yes. Can you send me pictures or scans of the items? I'd love to see them for myself. Is this from the 1st movie or the Movie 2000 set?

Is your friend from down the street giving you an offer for them?

Hello again!

The guy up the street wants to see them and make an offer - then he will probably put them on eBay!

Anyway, I will dig them up and post again with pix

Thanks - you have been a HUGE help to me!
