I just got an email today about this PitneyWorks online postage company, from Pitney Bowes. Ad says it's only $1.49 a month no matter how much postage you print, and for a limited time you get a free 5lb electronic postage scale. Looks pretty darn good so far! I started to sign up, but stopped at the CC info screen, since I don't have a CC anymore, and wrote them to see if they take ACH like Stamps.com does but so far, no response. I was all excited about this one, as I could use that scale right about now.. and $1.50 a month flat rate, wow!
Oh, also they are reimbursing you every penny from the first class stamp rate increase, for a year or something. Worth checking out.

I've been using it for about 3 weeks now and it has worked just fine for me. I had used stamps.com for about 18 months before that. My biggest complaint is that it doesn't directly add in postage for delivery confirmation as stamps.com does so I end up printing a second postage label. I don't know why they didn't add that in, they have all the other services on a check off list.
As for the postage, it's good for any first class mailing. Keep in mind the fine print, it is reimbursable only to $50 and will be paid back to you in January of next year.
