I've attempted to leave feedback for a seller from whom I've bought three identical items, three separate auctions. I'm getting a message each time that the number I've posted does not reflect a completed auction. I've doublechecked the numbers; when I search for the items by number, I get the items, and the page shows that I was the high bidder. Frustrating. What can I do? Is there an e-mail address I can use to contact them directly? Or is this a reflection of ebay's outage yesterday?

Hi:

It is possible that yesterday's crash messed up the Feedback feature. Wait about 6 hours in between each feedback, to give the engine a chance to chew the new info and place it in the proper place. What seems to be happening is that the same Auction Number is breing read over and oever, like reading a cached page. It used to happen years ago, and I would just wait several hours.
Gosh Shosh!

Thank you, Shoshanah! I tried again, and it didn't work, so I looked at his feedback left for me and saw that he had a new e-mail address that he was using as his ebay ID. I tried that new one and it worked. Duhhhhh.
