I think that same error message comes up anytime you place a bid and then hit the "back" button a few times to go back and look at the auction. You can't back up like that after bidding. It gets confused! The bid did go through, though. You'll see after refreshing the page.

Um, no. The back button was not involved at all. I had to place a bid normally, which urgently told me that my proxy bid was the same or over the BIN price, and I really should use that instead and to click this link now to do it, which I did, and got the same error.
I tried BIN on the other two identical auctions with the same results. If it had been confused, I'd be the proud owner of three widget accessory kits.
And I only have one widget. (Although my co-worker and my husband both like my new little widget. They covet.)

Mikeylou, If all else fails email the seller, I am sure they will find a solution so that you can purchase the item.
