I was just wondering how many of you out there have actually received your free listing day refunds???
I haven't yet and I'm steaming mad about it!
What a BIG JOKE that was.
I can't even get them to answer my email anymore.

Seeing that Exchangepath has been so unresponsive to questions---I think you should start asking AW for the refund. They were the ones that encouraged you to participate by 'partnering' with the company and I think they should take some of the responsiblity for payment.
Many people listed things that they may not have (because of money concerns) but did so because they knew a refund was being offered....and AW is as much to blame as any.

I received both my $10 bonus and my refund of Dec 7th listing fees credited to my Exchangepath account.

Are you referring to the Ebay free listing day or AW & ExchangePath's free listing day?
I received my Exchangepath refund a couple weeks ago...
And for ebay's free listing day they refunded you as soon as you listed the item.

I have been asking AW for my refund and help like they promised with getting accounts straightened out with exchangepath.
I'm just throughly disgusted with the whole thing.

Well then-----SHAME SHAME SHAME on you AW!!
People trusted Exchangepath because of your endorsement--you need to help them collect.

Thanks for answering..
Now did you receive a note from AW informing you that they were refunding you your listing fees through exchangepath??
I have not received a note from them that they were refunding, only that they were going to be refunding and I had to have an active exchangepath account. Which as far as I know I do.. Remember the email AW sent to exchangepath members.. I received that note with my New Exchangepath email address.
We're not talking about big bucks here! My listing fees for that day were under $20.00.
It's not a bid deal money wise, it's just the principle of the thing that makes me MAD!!
Why am I getting such a run around over such a small amount of money???

Rec'd mine much more quickly than anticipated and PROMPTLY extracted the funds from EPath, the result of which is yet to be seen, in an effert to get my money before something weird happened since the announcement that they would soon cease to exist!
Ouch! Sorry for the run on sentence...

Hello everybody,
For those of you who qualified for Free Listing Day, a refund from us should have issued to your Exchange Path account within 2 - 3 weeks.
If you are unable to access your Exchange Path account, or the funds have not appeared in your account yet, please send an email to [email protected] outlining the problem so that we can investigate. We are actively working with Exchange Path in order to resolve these issues.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience or frustration that may have resulted from this.
