Since AW no longer provides a free email service I thought I'd mention a fairly new service that I've been using for a second email account. MyRealBox is a free service provided by Novell and there are NO advertisements AND they will prosecute spammers. It was in beta for a while but has finished the test phase and I've been very happy with the service. Here is a quote from the email I received from MyRealBox.com after joining:
"As you use MyRealBox, we hope you like the system. You may access your mail from any standards based messaging client (Outlook, Netscape, Notes, Eudora, Pegasus, etc.), as well the browser based client. Instructions are included in Help or from the Web site under the E-mail Configuration link."
AND:
"A word on spam: If you abuse MyRealBox for any kind of spamming activities,we will not only close your account, but we will also immediately involve our legal department. We have never and will never tolerate any spam abuse."

Looks good! Nice that you can access your mail from a program like Outlook instead of having to go to the website.

Hi guys. jema, that's the part I like as well AND the fact that they don't have any ads in the email message itself unlike most free services. They don't need advertising to keep the email service running because they use it to test new technology for their Novell Internet messaging system (NIMS). http://www.nimsinfo.com
VeryModern, you're welcome and enjoy.
