I've just started selling and have run into a few problems here and there, but they have all worked out eventually with good communication. Last week I posted a message about cancelling someone's bid due to negative feedback and received some really good response from you guys. What I'm wondering now is when should you contact SafeHarbor? I obviously want to cover my butt and do it all by the book so when something does go wrong, I have it documented. I know if I cancel a bid, I should CC that email to SafeHarbor, but other than that, I'm not too clear when to use them. Let me thank you in advance for you suggestions and answers!!

Go to the Site Map on Ebay and check out the various Safe Harbor links. Check out the Trust & Safety help and discussion board. Lots of good information, including what types of issues Safe Harbor handles.

When?

When you're really bored and can't find someone to kick your a$$ for you. It's great therapy
