Looking for some help please from experienced sellers. I offered the Buy It Now option on an auction and started the bidding at the same price as BIN (it is something I sell a lot of and never goes over this price anyway.) My bidder bid on it without using the Buy It Now. (It's someone new, maybe they just didn't understand BIN.) I want to end the auction early so he/she can just win it. If I end it early, does it screw anything up? Can we still leave feedback to each other? Will it be just like any other transaction? I can wait the 3 days and it will end by itself, but I'd rather not wait. I don't try to sell my stuff for more than it's worth, and the bid most likely won't go higher. I alway sell for the same price, cos it's just the way I sell my stuff.
Thanks!!!

In my opinion, the auction is now over and your bidder won. That is, if you want good seller/buyer relations.

You can end it now, and it will be just like any other ended auction, except it will still show in the searches.

Feedback, etc., remain the same.

You can have your bidder retract the bid and use the BIN. I believe the bid retraction will reset the BIN.

Huh? Yes of course I want good seller/buyer relations. I just said I want it over now. I am asking if it is okay to end it now. I don't think you understood my question. I want to end the auction early so he/she can win. It IS over as far as I'm concerned. I am asking if I end the auction early, will it screw anything up? Can we still leave feedback and will it be a legitimate way to end it so she/he can Buy It Now?

yes its ok to close the auction the bidder will become the winner and shouldnt bother with being able to leave feed back.

I say shouldnt just because nothing is perfect ebay has its glitches but no matter as long as you and the buyer have the ITEM # you can leave feed back.
