I have been sending messages to ebay customer support for 4 days now. I have posted mesages on the ebay payment and other message boards. I have not recieved one update response! I finally got an email back today from Customer Support. But! It was an automated message and did not apply! My problem is: My account was placed on hold because my credit card was low and couldn't be billed at the time. I have since payed my account in FULL and have a zero balance but still on hold! Does anyone know how long the hold will be on there? Help I need to List!

You might try writing to one of the Pinks. I have had light speed results with a few problems. Not the same as yours, but they did get some fast results.

There used to be a separate email address for billing, but I think eBay did away with it.
Did you look at the site map, (I know it is a maze and hard to find anything), to try to find an email address for billing? The only thing I can think of is [email protected] or the time sensitive email address.
I am sure someone will be along who knows an easier way to get in touch with eBay to try to straighten this out. Your situation is a good example of the reality of how little Customer Support is available from eBay.

I can't beleive that is what they call Customer Service! I have searched high and low and can't find any address that don't lead back to that same thing "Customer Service". I just missed paying it by one day because my Credit Card payment hadn't posted yet! Ebay billed the day before it posted, and put a memo entry--account placed on hold. Then I rushed in and paid not only the late payment but ALL of it! I just can't beleive I have been on hold for so long! Looks like they could atleast fix the system to catch the payment and update the account. I am just sick.

Pinks are eBay employees, (Customer Support?) who post to eBay Boards. All of their messages have a distinctive pink colored frame around the posts.

I looked at the Site Map and couldn't find much about Billing and payments. What I did find was didn't offer any real help.
I did find the Miscellaneous Discussion Board on the site map under Community Help.
"This board is for eBay members to ask eBay staff and community members about issues not covered by one of the other help boards."
Maybe is you post a thread a Pink will show up and help. I know it is a long shot but it might be worth a try.

Whenever I fill in the blank on that page I always get a real person to write me back the next day. It sucks that they did away with the [email protected] address.

put in the same credit card number,Give them
A small amount(credit to you)And the computor will ajust your status.

I had the same problem a while back. I found a phone number. Got same day results and was able to list again! And it's toll free too!
1-888-749-3229 this is the billing dept number.

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!! I went in and gave myself a credit and it worked!!!!!! The hold was lifted!!! I am so Thankful for all your help! In the future I will just watch these boards and post here. It is far more informational and FUN! Thanks again!
