Is there a way to do this?
A guy bid on one of my items, then retracted it and left a nasty comment with it...
I don't want him to bid on any of my stuff anymore, simply because I know he'll do it just to leave me a neg...
I sent him an email stating that I didn't appreciate his comment, and that I'd be notifying ebay (whether or not I will, is another question)...

Last year I contacted eBay with a similar question and this is a copy and paste of their response:
***beginning of copy and paste***
There is not a way to cancel a member's bid if they already end up as the high bidder. Unfortunately that would be too late. However, you as the seller can write to the member clearly stating that you will not
accept any future bids from them on your auctions. If you decide to do this please carbon copy us on that email so we may have a copy for our records.
If you do this, and the bidder chooses to ignore your request and re-bid on your items, please contact us immediately so that we may take appropriate action.
You can put a phrase in your auctions saying that you have the right to cancel anyones bid if you feel that it is necessary, however you may want to look at other sellers auctions to see how they have handled situations like this. A lot of sellers will say that they will cancel any bids who have any negative feedback rating.

You can send him/her an eMail notification that they are no longer allowed to bid on your auctions. cc a copy to Safe Harbor.
BUT, there is no way you can really prevent anyone who is Hell-bent upon doing damage to you via neg. feedback; because, they can easily register a new bidding account.
I'm not so sure why you are concerned about the comment he left with the bid retraction, on the item page. Not many would ever see it anyway.
Sometimes it's best not to make waves with those types.
